SHIPPING - POLICY

For STOCK items - Please allow 5 to 10 days for shipping.

NOTE:  On items that are out of stock, contact hepta STUDIOS  for availability.

For  CUSTOM items, Please allow 10 to 20 days for design and shipping.

For  CLOTHING - Please allow 30 to 40 days for shipping (since these are custom made clothes, they  require additional production time).

For DIGITAL MEDIA - Shipping varies depending on production size, and will ship upon completion of said project.

For RACING GUYS CARDS - All sales final, and the cards will be in protective packaging to help prevent damage.  If there's any  problem, please contact faaade2black@yahoo.com

 

All apparel and bags will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service or equivalent, based on delivery & pricing and will be packaged as best as possible to ensure product safety.

 

All Digital Media will be shrink wrapped, and ensconced in protective packaging for safe delivery.

 

hepta STUDIOS will take a photo of each order before & after it is packaged to make certain it was packaged properly prior to shipping.

 

hepta STUDIOS will take the necessary steps to make sure your order is shipped in a timely manner. However, there may be times when it is delayed due to situations out of our control such as weather or other acts of nature.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS - POLICY

Here at hepta STIUOS we strive to create each piece of merchandise with quality and care at a good value.  However, there may be a situation that requires replacement, and in this case it be will replaced, at no cost to you.  See qualifying reasons for replacements.

QUALIFYING REASONS FOR RETURN/REPLACEMENTS (up to 120 days from purchase date):

  • ZIPPER BAGS:

All Zipper Bags will be sewn with double stitching to avoid coming apart. The Embroidery stitching will have a final step to help prevent unraveling.  With normal "Wear & Tear", if a situation arises and the embroidery stitching unravels effecting the look of the design, or the bag starts to come apart, you may have it replaced, at no cost to you. Return the piece, at our cost, (we will instruct you how to do this) and we will replace it.

  • DRAWSTRING BAGS:

All Drawstring Bags will be sewn with triple stitching to avoid coming apart. The Embroidery stitching will have a final step to help prevent unraveling.  With normal "Wear & Tear", if a situation arises and the embroidery stitching unravels effecting the look of the design, or the bag starts to come apart, you may have it replaced, or repaired, at no cost to you.  Return the piece, at our cost, (we will instruct you how to do this) and upon inspection, hepta STUDIOS will determine whether your bag classifies under this policy of free repair or replacement.  See below note on repairs or replacements that are not covered in this section.

The Embroidery stitching will have a final step to help prevent unraveling.  With normal "Wear & Tear", if a situation arises and the stitching unravels effecting the look of the design, or the clothing starts to come apart, you may have it replaced, or repaired, at no cost to you.  Return the piece, at our cost, (we will instruct you how to do this) and upon inspection of the clothing, hepta STUDIOS will determine whether the clothing classifies under this policy of free repair or replacement. 

***This does not include shrinking, as all fabrics will be pre washed, and we will not be responsible for individuals' washing and drying temperatures .

 

REPAIRS NOT COVERED: Like most clothing, If it was damaged due to excessive wear & tear, as in extreme washing or drying temps, excessive number of washes, or  left out in extreme weather conditions, we will  repair at a fair price, determined when clothing has been inspected. If the clothing needs to be completely re-made, it will be the same cost as the original price.    

 

NOTE:  For ALL SEWN products, this RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY  does not cover accidental rips, tears, pet damage, excessive use/pulling, a scissor damage, or any other type of tool, in which case, depending on the extent of the damage, the item may be repaired at a fair price agreed upon by customer & hepta STUDIOS .  For lost, or stolen  items, you will need to pay full price, including cost of shipping. 

 

In the event your media needs to be replaced for any reason - gets cracked, lost, or stolen, or the case gets smashed and you want a replacement, the only cost will be for the raw materials:

  • Printing for the DISC label

  • Printing for the DVD/BLU-RAY Cover

  • Printing for the DVD/BLU-Ray Insert

  • DVD/BLU-Ray Case

  • Shipping

  • FLASH DRIVES:

 

Currently, all flash drives will be pre formatted under the WINDOWS OS Platform and compiled with users data, then quality checked before shipping. 

Upon encountering any problems while attempting to use FLASH DRIVE, contact hepta STUDIOS for assistance.

If the flash drive crashes, send it back to hepta STUDIOS for inspection, and we will replace it for free, including shipping.

NOTE:   Please inform hepta STUDIOS which OS platform you have so we know how to format your digital media.

 

NO RETURN POLICY ON ANY ITEMS IN THE VECTOR ART STORE

 

hepta STUDIOS  strives to  produce quality products with honesty and integrity. We appreciate the same honesty and integrity when requesting a free replacement item.
